Since 2016, Renovated-Home has been helping Toronto and GTA homeowners say goodbye to outdated popcorn ceilings and stucco finishes. What started as a focused ceiling removal service has grown into a trusted name across East York, Toronto, and the surrounding areas — with 10 years of hands-on experience and over 500 completed projects.
Why We Do This
Popcorn ceilings were everywhere in homes built between the 1950s and 1980s — cheap, fast to install, and great at hiding imperfections. Today they just date a home, trap dust, and in older properties can even raise asbestos concerns. We started Renovated-Home because homeowners deserved a straightforward, professional way to get rid of them — without the mess, the guesswork, or the inflated quotes.

Your home and our crew's safety both matter. Renovated-Home carries business insurance and is WSIB (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board) insured, so every project — from a single room to a full house — is covered from start to finish. We also follow Ontario's asbestos testing guidelines (OHSA Regulation 278/05) on any home built before the late 1980s to early 1990s.
